About Us

We established Twisted Creek Alpacas in the winter of 2023. We started with 5 Huacaya alpacas, and we have grown our herd to include 13. We love these special animals. Alpacas are gentle, social herd animals. They are curious and intelligent. Each alpaca has their own unique personality, and they add a lot of life and character to our farm. 

 

We have four kids that range from age 7 to 16, and we established a small farm to help our family connect with animals and nature. We are located on the edge of south Salem on the way to Independence, with Fidler Creek running through our property.

Our goals are to raise alpacas that produce top-quality fiber and share these animals with our community.

We welcome small groups to our farm starting in the Summer of 2026 to visit and handfeed the alpacas, and we can bring alpacas to your party, function or event.
